No mint mark, so it's the Philadelphia mint, 1982 SMALL date copper penny. 1982 marked the final year that pennies went from a 95% copper planchet to a zinc alloy design dropping the weight from 3.1 grams down to 2.5 grams mid way through the year. The 2 being the most definable clue this is the small date meaning this planchet should only weigh 2.5 However, a small number of 1982 pennies were stamped with the small date on the copper planchets.
