Here is a wonderful example of Whiting and Davis' famous snake jewelry. Their coil bracelets started in the late 1970s. The snake design is in the Egyptian style.
This is a 3-coil gold-toned snake in EXCELLENT condition. It's hard to picture quite how shiny and new it looks. Any darkess you see is just from my camera. Once worn, these bracelets begin to stretch out. The fact that this bracelet is so tightly coiled leads me to believe it was never or seldom worn. It still feels so soft and comfortable to wear.
Just like with all authentic Whiting and Davis' snake bracelets, this one is signed under the head. This is one of my favorite designers, but how many snake bracelets does one need??
