Rare 1880's Antique Japan Cast Iron Triple Swing Arm Table Top For Oil Lamp #505.
This Oil Lamp Holder is 8-" in height X 16-" in width
The 4 bowls would accommodate a lantern 3" to 3-¼" in diameter at the base.
These are Great to hold candles as decor or even small potted plants.
The center holder has a total diameter of 6 inches but its cup is only 3-¼ inches in diameter.
The most important part of this simple yet wonderful design is the Tri-Pod Swing Mount. It simply attaches to center rod with a set screw. Height adjustment can be achieved by loosening the setscrew and raising or lowering the tripod swing mount but there is a designated spot for the setscrew to sit in to the rod which is more secure than any other position ( if you were using planters which is much heavier than 3 candles )
Has some light rust and wear. Was repainted..
